Thanks to the City’s in-house mill and pave team, busy Mission Bay Drive now has fresh asphalt between Garnet Avenue and Grand Avenue. This two-mile stretch of resurfacing will be completed by this Saturday evening, with striping to follow in the next few weeks. | San Diego’s hotel tax goes up on May 1 which will help close the city’s budget deficit and sustain key services.
