Now Accepting Questions and Applications

for the New Day Grant

KDADS’s New Day Services: Transformation Grant will award eligible Day Service providers up to $200,000 to modify their programs to align with proposed unbundled Day Services definitions, set to be implemented in summer 2026. The deadline to apply is less than three weeks away! Be sure to submit your application by Monday, April 14, at 5 pm CT.

Grant funds can also be used to gain or renew accreditations and provide professional development opportunities for staff.

Disability Program Navigator / Independent Living Specialist – Topeka - Resourse Center for Independent Living celebrating over 40 years of service to Kansans with disabilities and continuing to grow! The Independent Living Specialist is responsible for advocating and delivering the core services of independent living including independent living skills training, peer counseling, information and referral services, individual and systems advocacy, and transition / deinstitutionalization.
