 Team — our mission the next two years is pretty simple: doing everything we can to fight back against the right-wing billionaires who think they can buy political power. The billionaires who are stealing working families’ health care in order to give themselves a giant tax break. The billionaires who think it’s not a big deal if Social Security checks grind to a halt because they’ve decimated the government agency responsible for sending them out. The billionaires who treat starting a global trade war like cracking open a board game, with absolutely no idea what it’s like to walk in the shoes of the farmers, workers, and small business owners whose livelihoods they’re putting in jeopardy. Team, let me be clear that I am vocally speaking against — and voting against — this disastrous agenda every way I can. I know that’s going to make me a top target of Elon Musk and his fellow right-wing billionaires, but I’m betting the support of this incredible grassroots team we’re building is going to count for more.
