Happy Opening Day! If you’ve ever watched the Reds, you know what it's like to root for the underdogs. They’re a strong, capable team with great hitters, baserunners, and fielders — but are up against the biggest and flashiest teams in the League. It's like us Democrats in Congress: constantly fighting to make progress, but up against a wall of opposition that seems more interested in maintaining the status quo than making real change.

Just like the Reds, us Democrats in Congress are going to keep swinging. We’re fighting for affordable healthcare, workers' rights, reproductive freedom, and an increased minimum wage.
