I come from a long line of strong women who’ve rolled up their sleeves to get the job done. They weren’t afraid to get a little dirty, and neither am I – that’s why I’m running for Congress.
But when it comes to women’s rights, women’s equality, and women’s bodies, Republicans in Congress and the woman-degrader-in-chief Donald Trump will play as dirty as they possibly can to set women back decades.
It’s time this District had someone who wasn’t afraid to get a little dirty fighting to uphold the progress women have made and will continue to make. I’ve never backed down from a challenge, and folks, I’m not backing down.
