Jack,

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has warned that users should no longer expect to “appeal” their anti-conservative censorship.

Because of coronavirus, apparently. How convenient.

Right now, I’m suing Facebook and their Big Tech allies for illegally censoring conservative voices.

This lawsuit could redefine, rebuild, and forever protect free speech in this country… but only if we can continue to pay our legal bills and fight to have our day in court.

We need your help to pay the latest round of bills and keep our lawyers fighting as we prepare for a court case.

Can I count you in for $31?

Please make your most generous donation of $31, $53, or even $71--anything you can afford to give--right away.

Here’s the gist:
  • Right now, Facebook uses a mix of humans and algorithms to “flag” inappropriate content.

  • (Inappropriate often meaning “things with a conservative viewpoint.”)

  • A user can “appeal” the flagging, and get their post looked at again (and possibly reinstated.)

  • But now, citing “coronavirus,” Zuckerberg has said that Facebook users shouldn’t expect an appeal.
Translation? Facebook can take down conservative content at whim. And there’s not one thing you can do about it.

I don’t have to tell you how dangerous this is for our nation… and for the future of the conservative movement. Conservatives genuinely risk being completely silenced, bit by bit, over the next few years.

My lawsuit will stop them--before it’s too late. But I need your help to keep us fighting.

Can I count you in for $31--or even $53 or more--to help me pay our legal bills?

Please make your most generous donation now.

Thanks for your help!
