Last week, over one hundred Virginians turned out to a fundraiser alongside former First Ladies Anne Holton and Dorothy McAuliffe who serve as co-chairs for Women for Stoney, a powerful coalition of women from all across Virginia who are committed to protecting the rights we’ve fought for and ensuring a brighter future for our Commonwealth.
As Richmond Mayor, I’ve worked alongside them on many issues, from expanding access to school meals to increasing funding for Richmond Public Schools.
Their support for this campaign speaks volumes about the vision we share for a stronger, fairer Virginia for all no matter who you are or where you come from.
