John,

We’ve long been ringing the alarm on anti-abortion bullying.

Through webinars, blogs, and actions, we’re holding bullies accountable for harassing reproductive health patients, doctors, clinic staff, and frankly, neighbors and communities. Sadly, there is nothing these bullies won’t do in their quest for power and control.

Which is why it’s so important to celebrate the wins when they come.

Days ago, New York Attorney General Letitia James ruled Red Rose Rescue, a group seeking to ban all abortions, “repeatedly violated state and federal clinic access laws by invading reproductive health care clinics and interfering with access to care.” [1]

We’ve been closely watching Red Rose Rescue for some time, raising awareness to their flagrant disregard of laws as well as the harassment and intimidation they take part in.

Give today to keep it up.

Now is the time to keep up the pressure. Recently, Trump pardoned a number of anti-abortion clinic invaders [2], and a weaponized Department of Justice has ordered its own prosecutors to nearly suspend enforcement of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. [3] The Heritage Foundation has cooked up its own white paper arguing for the FACE Act to be repealed. Meanwhile, most people—some of them Trump’s own voters—just want the anti-abortion bullying to stop.

We must fight.

It’s on all of us to refuse to let anti-abortion bullies continue without consequences. Invading clinics, blocking entrances, and harassing patients is unacceptable. Everyone deserves the right to access the healthcare they need, including abortion, freely.

Donate to show you agree.

Sincerely,

Erin Matson

P.S. NY AG Letitia James is showing the way. When we fight, we win. Keep the pressure on.
