John,
Donald Trump is trying to go against court orders to deport immigrants
under the Alien Enemies Act – a horrific abuse of presidential power.
Trump has claimed he can deport anyone he suspects of being affiliated
with the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, except his administration is
providing no actual evidence or due process.
In one case, he sent a makeup artist to a hellish El Salvadorian
mega-prison because the administration confused their tattoos with gang
tattoos. Let’s be clear: Donald Trump is likely destroying innocent
people’s lives to carry out his hateful agenda.

migrants to contest removal, US judge claims." Subhead "Court rejects use
of Alien Enemies Act of 1798, ruling accused migrants must get hearings
first"
In the most recent court update, a judge ruled the administration must
provide hearings to any accused migrants before being deported, and even
said that literal Nazis had more rights to protest their deportations than
some immigrants in the United States do today. This is a five-alarm fire
we cannot ignore.
