I want to tell you a bit about who I am, John. I grew up in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, watching my parents serve their community. My father was a pediatrician, and my mother was an educator.

Witnessing their work firsthand helped me recognize that giving back to Pennsylvania and standing up for others was how I wanted to spend my career – and that’s exactly what I’ve done.

First as a State Representative, then as County Commissioner, and then as Pennsylvania’s Attorney General, I’ve always fought to protect our fundamental freedoms and stand up for Pennsylvanians when they’re being ripped off by big special interests.

Then in 2022, I ran for Governor — and together, we won areas of Pennsylvania that had not voted for a Democrat in a long, long time. Since my inauguration over two years ago, we’ve delivered real progress to communities big and small, urban and rural alike. We’ve cut taxes for small businesses and working families. We’ve invested record amounts in public education. We’ve cut red tape, eliminated backlogs, and drastically reduced wait times for government permits. And we’ve secured over $3 billion in private sector investments, creating thousands of good-paying jobs.

John, Pennsylvanians deserve a Governor who will put aside the political games, take on the biggest fights, and solve our most pressing problems. That’s what I’ve done for my entire career — and it’s what I’ll continue to do for as long as I have the privilege of serving as your Governor.
