On the campaign trail, I made a promise to come to the Senate and work with fellow political outsiders like President Trump to shake up Washington and make life better for hardworking Pennsylvanians.
In my Senate office, I have a whiteboard I look at every time I come in. It’s filled with the specific promises I made on the campaign trail, and I can see whether we have legislation or a path to delivering on them.
From bringing down inflation and the cost of living, unlocking energy production, and creating job opportunities to stopping the flow of illegal immigrants across the border, ending the fentanyl epidemic, and bringing law and order back to our cities – I’m committed to addressing the biggest issues impacting Pennsylvanians with concrete solutions.
My whiteboard is the report card I’m holding myself to and it’s the report card I think voters should hold me to.
That’s because I take my commitments seriously. At West Point, we had a code: cadets don't lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.
But here’s the truth: The Democrats know if they lose ground to the outsiders working to bring CHANGE, it will be IMPOSSIBLE for them to take back their majority in the next election.
So they will continue the same old tactics. They will continue to lie to the American people about President Trump and his policies. And they will continue fighting us every step of the way.
I’m no stranger to fighting for what is right. I will keep using my whiteboard, and I will never stop working to keep the promises I made on the campaign trail.
