Dallas County Health and Human Services is conducting the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in partnership with Parkland to better understand the health concerns and needs of Dallas County residents. This survey, conducted once every three years, helps guide improvements in local healthcare and services to ensure they truly serve our community.
