Friend --
If you haven't heard, the Republicans’ Special Election win in CA-25 last month was the first time the GOP flipped a US House seat in California since 1998.
But what this statistic fails to capture is that our Republican opponent, David Valadao, “de-facto” flipped CA-21 in 2012. It was a newly drawn district then, and 79% of the constituents were previously represented by a Democrat.
Now, Republicans are more confident than ever about their chances to win this tossup race. We know we can beat Valadao -- but only with your help: We’re about $6,331 behind our end of the week goal. So we’re asking you to rush in $3 to close the gap >>

CA-21 is quickly becoming the most competitive race in California:
1. Our race is the lone tossup race in the entire state.
2. TJ is the only incumbent Democrat with less cash on hand than his opponent. (We’re trying to change that)
3. Republican PACs have already reserved $1.6 million for TV against us.
The good news is that we have a golden opportunity to recapture the momentum with your grassroots support, but we’re a little short on where we need to be this week. Help us hit our $6,331 end-of-week goal with a contribution of $3 today >>
