First, I thank everyone who voted for me in the primary two days ago, and I thank everyone who supported me before my last end-of-month deadline — everyone who has taken the time to read our emails or joined us on a Zoom call.

Whether it's online, in telephone town halls, or protesting together: we're still discovering new ways to connect.

We've had two such points of connection via Facebook live panels. We've brought together faith leaders from many backgrounds, as well as educators from all levels.
