Hi John,

I am proud of my work to close and defend our borders. ([link removed])

Without our borders, we don't have a country. But I have a question:

WHY do the Dems - including Gov. Hobbs- resist closing the border it the degree they do?

An ER nurse (elyfaith_) in Aurora, CO- a sanctuary city- tells of some of the dangers to illegal immigration that she has observed:

“I have seen personally in the ER:

- A 16 year old who was shot in the face during a robbery gone wrong. She died. Unfortunately, we were not able to save her. Her injury was unsurvivable. That was due to illegal immigrants, the gang activity going on at the apartment complex that she lived

- I have seen a dollar store worker beat almost unrecognizable. Yeah, because his store that he was working at got robbed and he tried to defend it. And he lost, obviously. Still alive but had severe, severe injuries and wound up back in the hospital several times. Beat unrecognizable

- I have seen assault victims of things that felt with rape

- I have seen assault victims from just illegal activity.

- I have seen people dropped off by their friends in our ambulance bay due to fentanyl overdoses

- I have seen so many car accidents. I can't even count how many. It's like at least one a day if not more because these people come to our country and they don't know our laws, just basic laws like driving laws. Then they get in a wreck. Oh, and guess what? Aurora PD is so severely understaffed. When you get into a wreck here in Colorado, they don't even immediately respond. Almost always, the wreck happens, EMS gets there, they take the patients who need to be transported to the hospital to the hospital. we care for them and then a couple hours later a couple accident investigation officers and sometimes the patrol officers show up

- I had a patient the other day that had severe trauma and a liver lack. She was bleeding internally (This was from being hit by an illegal, it was a vehicle with license plates from Chihuahua, Mexico)

- A 15 year old kid got jumped by a gang of illegals, he now has severe facial fractures"

The Dems think it's worth all of that hardship so we have low wage people to exploit to pick our fruit.

Taking aside the vaguely racist slavery argument that seems to be, let me know you how LEGAL workers can fix our issues:

Our work goes on just fine. We do not NEED illegals here.

I just voted out of committee an excellent bill on border security- HB2374.

This bill is a critical step to protect Arizona and the nation from transnational repression, which exploits America’s open society. I especially have praise for the experts who traveled to testify and sounded the alarm, warning that the country risks being “asleep at the switch” under current national leadership.

Grateful for the clarion call to action, I expressed hope that it’s not too late and cast an emphatic yes vote to enhance penalties for foreign agents and bolster law enforcement training.

This bill passed out of my Judiciary Committee, 5-2.

That's right, foreign agents are coming across our open southern border to sow chaos. I want them gone.

As for the illegals already here....
I don't know if the Dems are pro-crime or pro-drugs or pro-foreign agents or pro-slavery. There are elements of all of them.

But I don't want ANY of that in Arizona. So I'm attacking that problem.

Is the Governor pro-crime? Is she pro-drugs? Is she a tool of foreign agents? Overcoming her love of illegal immigration is going to be difficult, but we have done it before- and we can do it again! ([link removed])
