Hi John,
I’m Denea, Immigrants Rising’s National Entrepreneurship Manager.
The beginning of Spring is a renewal of how we find opportunities for transformative change and new growth.
Even when there remains uncertainty about DACA's future, especially for initial applicants and those in Texas, we will not wait idly by. It may feel intimidating to take action, but you are not alone. We have champions in courts and legislatures, advocates working tirelessly to secure necessary protections from the government, professionals distributing critical information services, day-to-day workers bravely showing up for their communities, and every single one of us who has made a personal commitment to breaking barriers on the social, legal, local, and national levels.
Will you join me in moving towards a world where all of us, regardless of immigration status, can freely thrive? Here are some ways you can take control of your own journey while uplifting the undocumented community:
It may be difficult to plan or imagine a brighter future in today’s world. But as spring guarantees new blooms, there is no doubt that we will do the same.
Rising Together,
