AWHC in Court for Wyoming’s Wild Horses [[link removed]]

On March 18th, AWHC’s lawyer Bill Eubanks, of Eubanks and Associates, faced off against lawyers for the federal government, State of Wyoming and the livestock industry at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver. The case challenged the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) decision that would eliminate 2 million acres of wild horse habitat and eradicate the iconic Salt Wells Creek and Great Divide Basin herds.
