Friend --
Black Lives Matter.
The movement has created an outpouring of love and support not just online but around the world. Out of tragedy birthed an uprising of community voices passionately calling for justice in the senseless murders of Black Americans.
What we’re also seeing is a call-to-action for non-Black Americans to speak up for our community. The need for white Americans to level up from being an “ally” to being an action taker against racism, white supremacy, and injustices everywhere is critical.
Tomorrow, Senator Elizabeth Warren joins #TheSip in conversation with Black women to discuss what being an ally truly means and the work it takes to stand in solidarity and take action.
