BY KATIE FLEISCHER | Today-June 4, 2020-is Moms' Equal Pay Day, marking the average amount of time into the new year that mothers must work to earn the same amount as fathers earned in the previous year. Unfortunately, this date actually "understates" the severity of the wage gap.
