Dear John,
The attacks on racial justice, civil rights, and democracy are escalating. We’re seeing policies proposed which would strip away voting rights, actively censor racial equity, and criminalize protest. We are facing an all-out assault on our hard-won freedoms, but we have the power to resist.
Here at Race Forward, we are responding switftly–and our community is responding in force.
Earlier this month, over 1,000 people registered for our HEAL Together Solidarity 2025 training, "Winning Messages to Challenge the Billionaire Agenda" where we trained attendees on how to craft narratives that represent all of us. We connected the dots between the attacks on public education and proposed federal policies which fail the majority of Americans.
We’re training local leaders, developing tools to counter these threats, and mobilizing our communities to protect equity in education, government, and policy. But we cannot do this work alone.
