Many Americans want a better world. They strive to better themselves, their families, their businesses, and their communities. They are productive, creative, and responsible. They are the engines of progress and prosperity.

But government often has a different view of what’s good for people.
And when that vision conflicts with citizens’ goals, government sometimes picks a fight, abusing its power and trampling Americans’ rights.

When government oversteps its bounds, PLF has a plan to fight back:
We partner with our clients, and sue the government.

Each year, PLF represents hundreds of Americans, free of charge, who seek positive change in their lives but are stymied by government. We give them their day in court to vindicate their rights and set a lasting precedent to protect everyone else.
