Are you kidding me? The editor-in-chief of The Atlantic revealed he was accidentally included in a highly sensitive Trump administration Signal chat with the Vice President, National Security Advisor, Secretary of Defense, CIA Director, and others where they were planning airstrikes in Yemen.
This isn’t just incompetence—it’s an outrageous national security breach. Heads should roll.
Let’s be clear about what happened: politicians were gaming out sensitive (and probably classified) foreign policy and war plans via text—when they accidentally added a reporter to the chat.
It put our troops in danger. It made a mockery of military strategy. It exposed our secrets to foreign adversaries.
And when Donald Trump was asked about this egregious error? He said: “I know nothing about it. You’re saying that they had what?”
Yeah. The Commander-in-Chief can’t even be bothered to acknowledge that his administration is conducting classified military operations in a casual group chat. It’s unbelievable.
There must be a full investigation and hearings in the House Armed Services Committee—immediately. We need accountability for this recklessness. If I had done this as a junior naval officer, you better believe I’d have faced harsh punishment.
And yes, heads should roll.

Thanks,
