Elon Musk isn’t just meddling in politics—he’s actively rigging the system to serve his own billionaire agenda. His latest scheme? Buying the Wisconsin Supreme Court to stack the deck in his favor and ensure corporate power reigns supreme.
Right now, Wisconsin’s highest court is set to rule on landmark cases that will determine the future of abortion rights, union protections, election integrity, and gerrymandering. If the far-right wins this race, Wisconsin will be another stepping stone in the GOP’s nationwide plan to seize power and silence working-class voices.
And guess who’s funding the right-wing takeover? Elon Musk.
Musk and his billionaire allies have poured over $11 million into electing Brad Schimel, a Trump loyalist who:
Opposes abortion rights and will uphold Wisconsin’s near-total abortion ban from 1849.
Supports union-busting efforts that will gut workers’ ability to fight for fair wages.
Echoes election denialism and will help Republicans manipulate Wisconsin’s elections to favor the GOP.
Defends January 6th insurrectionists, calling them “political prisoners.”
And why is Musk so desperate to put Schimel on the bench? Because he has a personal financial stake in Wisconsin’s courts. Tesla is currently in a legal battle over direct-to-consumer car sales in Wisconsin, and Musk wants a Supreme Court that will rule in his favor.
This isn’t democracy. This is billionaire corruption at its worst. Musk is buying judges, influencing rulings, and rigging elections—and if we don’t stop him now, it won’t end in Wisconsin.
