James, FACT: After Roe v. Wade was overturned, states began enacting dangerous abortion bans and placing major barriers to access. FACT: To fight back, voters in states like Arizona, Ohio, and Nevada passed amendments that GUARANTEED the right to an abortion. FACT: Even though voters have exercised their democratic freedom to support abortion access, laws remain in place that make it difficult to access reproductive care!  James, let’s be clear: if something is a constitutional right, you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to exercise that right. We’ve put together a petition demanding anti-abortion politicians respect the will of their voters by getting rid of harmful restrictions on abortion rights.
