Comment period for season setting continues through April 2

CHEYENNE —  Wyoming Game and Fish is seeking public input for upcoming season setting and draft regulations that will be finalized at the April 22-23 Game and Fish Commissioner meeting in Casper. Comments will be accepted through 5 p.m. on April 2, 2025.

Sage-Grouse Implementation Team announces annual meeting

CHEYENNE — The Sage-Grouse Implementation Team will hold its annual meeting at 9 a.m. April 17 in Casper. The meeting will be held at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Office, 2211 King Blvd. The public is invited to attend in-person. No virtual options will be available.


Wyoming Game and Fish Commissioner’s license raffle tickets available

CHEYENNE — Raffle tickets for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Commissioner’s license are available for purchase.  Proceeds from the raffle will go directly to the Wyoming Hunger Initiative.


Wyoming bears are starting to wake up and become active

CHEYENNE — As bears begin to emerge from their winter dens, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department wants to remind outdoor recreationists and homeowners to take the initiative to avoid conflicts.
