Team,

The Trump administration just launched its latest attack on our legal system.

This weekend, President Trump issued an executive order designed to intimidate and silence lawyers simply for doing their jobs. [[link removed]] The goal is to bully lawyers out of taking on any case that challenges the administration, leaving everyday Americans with no recourse to fight back when fundamental freedoms—including their reproductive rights—are violated. We won’t let that happen. [[link removed]]

FIGHT BACK [[link removed]]

Thanks to supporters like you, we’ve stood strong against attacks on reproductive freedom for more than 30 years. We have litigated scores of cases in federal courts, including against the U.S. government, regardless of the political party in power. [[link removed]]

The courts are our last safeguard against the full-scale theft of our civil and legal protections. This isn’t just an attack on lawyers—it’s an attack on EVERY American’s right to hold the government accountable.

DONATE NOW [[link removed]]

We will not back down in the face of the President’s intimidation campaign [[link removed]] —not while his administration refuses to defend women who are denied emergency abortion care; not while it condones violence at abortion clinics; and not while doctors are under threat of criminal prosecution for providing essential care. Not now and not ever.

Fight with us. [[link removed]] Defend the courts. Protect our fundamental freedoms.
