WH Tax

Employers must use Form W-4MN [ [link removed] ] to determine the amount of Minnesota tax to withhold from an employee’s paycheck. Federal Form W-4 no longer determines allowances for Minnesota withholding. *Employees must complete both the federal and state W-4 forms*.

Form W-4MN and the instructions for completing it are now available in Spanish. Employees may use either the English version [ [link removed] ] or Spanish version [ [link removed] ] of these forms to determine the correct amount of Minnesota tax withheld from their paychecks.
