Dear Friends,

We had a good lead going in the State Farm Neighborhood Assist® grant program voting... but over the weekend we fell from #10 to #20!! If we continue in this direction, we will not receive the $25,000 grant money and run the risk of not being able to provide food assistance for 2,000 veterans and their families.

We have also received feedback from many who are hesitant to register to vote because they are reluctant to enter their personal information into the State Farm website. We assure you as State Farm has assured us, the collection of your information is solely for voting purposes unless you Opt-In to receive communications. Here is what State Farm says:

"Your information will be used only for purposes of voting in the State Farm Neighborhood Assist® Program. State Farm will not use your information for marketing purposes."

Please do not let this keep you from voting!! Your vote truly matters and will help put food on the table for thousands of veterans and their families!
