The AFGE Women and Fair Practices Department is proud to invite you to join us for our 2025 Service Through Action and National Development (S.T.A.N.D.) Training Conference at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square in San Francisco, California from August 1–8, 2025.

The 2025 S.T.A.N.D. Training Conference is a premier training opportunity, bringing together hundreds of AFGE leaders and activists together to work toward a more just union, workplace, and world. The training conference includes a S.T.A.N.D. Summit consisting of over three days of workshops, panels, discussions, and more from August 1-3, 2025. The S.T.A.N.D. Training Conference, running from August 4-8, 2025, will offer some of our most popular training classes.

This year's S.T.A.N.D. Training will feature some of our most popular training courses, including EEO I (Basic) and EEO II (Intermediate), New Unionist Training, Coordinator Bootcamp, Collective Bargaining, Conflict Resolution, Workers' Compensation, Financial Officers Training, Improving Workplace Interaction through Advocacy and Action, EEO Grievances, EEO Legal Writing (Advanced), Organizing Institute, Health, Safety, and Emotional Wellbeing and much more.
