Republicans chose chaos by forcing through a funding bill that does nothing for the American people. They’re pandering to Trump and his harmful agenda, which will hurt millions of Americans.
Their plan gives Elon and Trump even more unchecked power to continue their campaign of destruction, including:
— Making it harder for seniors to receive Social Security benefits
— Jeopardizing veterans’ services by attempting to fire 80,000 VA employees
— Cutting rent subsidies for working Americans by more than $700 million
— Cutting $2 billion in funding to keep airports, railways, roads and ports safe
We must take back the House and make sure we have leaders who will fight back against this reckless agenda. We need a government that works for the people, not for the billionaires and political elites.
