* *Keep Workouts Short*: Opt for brief workouts to avoid overexertion.
* *Light Cardio*: Engage in activities like walking or cycling to boost stamina. Incorporate full-body stretching for flexibility and detoxification, or try mat exercises such as abs workouts and press-ups.
* *Stay Hydrated*: Drink plenty of water between the hours Iftar and sahur.
* *Avoid High-Intensity Exercises*: Steer clear of sprinting, plyometrics, or heavy lifting. If necessary, use lighter weights.
* *Listen to Your Body*: Stop exercising if you feel weak, dizzy, or sick. Consult a team member if you feel unwell.
* *Reduce Exercise Intensity*: Lower your usual workout intensity throughout Ramadan.
* *Balanced Diet*: Maintain a balanced diet to refuel and replenish your body if you continue to exercise.
* *Timing*: Try to exercise close to meal times.

There are a few rules to keep the lanes flowing smoothly and avoid collisions.
*Which lane should I choose?*
Some sessions may include lane swimming. Finding out what lane is right for you helps give you confidence in the pool, so please check our guide to lanes to help you decide.
* *Fast Lane* – for continuous swimming at 20-30 seconds per length (25m), predominantly front crawl
* *Medium Lane* – for continuous swimming slower than 30-45 seconds per length (25m)
* *Slow Lane* – for continuous swimming at a relaxed and leisurely pace, swimming around/or over 45-55 seconds per length (25m)
Be prepared to change lanes at any time as swimmers enter and exit the pool. The pool dynamics can change.
