The April 1st Wisconsin Supreme Court election is a major battleground election in 2025 and right now, it’s shaping up to be tight. Here’s a rundown on the latest:

FIRST: Elon Musk endorsed Trump loyalist Brad Schimel in the race that will decide the balance of power on Wisconsin's highest court.

THEN: A group funded by Elon Musk spent more than $1.6 million targeting voters with deceptive ads just weeks before the election! And another group Musk backs has spent over $6 million on get-out-the-vote efforts and digital media.

NOW: We need to come together to make sure that on April 1st, Wisconsin voters aren't fooled by these lies.

Polls show this race neck and neck. A win for the NDRC’s endorsed candidate, Judge Susan Crawford, means that the people of Wisconsin will have a justice who believes in fair representation, reproductive freedom, and voting rights.

But if Schimel wins, it would flip the majority on the court to one that supports a far-right agenda that is poised to ban abortions and roll back labor rights. It’s no wonder Musk’s organization is spending big to try to buy this seat.
