If this is the best that you all are getting, I think you deserve better!" said AOC to Evans' constituents. She's right, and this is EXACTLY what Democrats need to be doing. Go to GOP districts. "A Member of Congress is organizing political violence and terrorism," Greene wrote on nüTwitter on Thursday without a shred of irony or self-awareness. Funny how that works.

Columbia's interim President Katrina Armstrong announced she will ban masks on campus, with exemptions for health or religious reasons, train three-dozen campus police officers with authority to arrest people, and appoint a new senior vice provost who will conduct a "thorough review" of the Middle East studies department (meaning banning all consideration for Palestinian human rights), all in hopes that Trump will restore $400 million in yanked federal funding. Columbia does not need $400 million; its endowment, which itself operates as a slush fund for the rich to dodge taxes on, is valued at $14.8 BILLION. But it is clearly more important to the president, trustees, and its donors that the once vaunted Ivy League university align itself unequivocally with the Trump regime and all the fascistic oppression that accompanies it.
