Filing Deadline Day in VA and NJ
They’re officially on the ballot: our endorsed candidates in New Jersey and Virginia have filed the paperwork and are ready to take on the primaries!
In New Jersey, incumbent state Assemblymember Luanne Peterpaul filed as part of a joint ticket while surpassing the required number of signatures.

Anti-LGBTQ+ Bills and Orders Update: Blocked!
In a piece of good news, a federal judge has blocked President Trump’s executive order banning trans people from serving in the military. As a result, the order will not take effect!
And Ohio’s Tenth District Court of Appeals has ruled that the state’s ban on gender-affirming health care is unconstitutional. Victory Fund was proud to endorse Shawn Dingus, who now serves on the court, during his 2024 campaign!
