Last Friday, the US Eleventh Circuit Court upheld a key part of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act, keeping Florida’s law that prevents individuals under 21 from purchasing firearms in place.

This bipartisan law was passed after the Parkland tragedy to protect students, educators, and communities. It honors the children and teachers that were murdered that day by taking real action to prevent future violence. But we can’t stop there.
