PJI Will Continue Challenging
Restrictions on Churches
John, our nation is in a time of crisis. Now more than ever, believers long to gather together. But in order to do so in the midst of our nation’s confusion and unrest, churches must join hands in navigating the many legal restrictions on reopening their doors to ensure their congregations’ safety.
The PJI team and I will host our weekly Zoom call TODAY, Thursday, June 4th at 2pm PDT / 5pm EDT. This week, we will address the following topics:
- The status of the lawsuits we filed against certain governors and why PJI is moving forward with pending lawsuits against Oregon and California governors.
- How churches can legally follow and navigate current state guidelines to ensure a safe reopening.
- The impact of the Supreme Court's decision on churches reopening
You must register to be part of TODAY'S free call; do that by clicking the "REGISTER" button below.
Immediately after you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link. I'm sure there are many questions on your mind as we see church doors opening again. Please ask your questions through the Zoom chat feature during the call.
Please feel free to forward this email to invite any people you know who have not yet joined us on a call but need to hear this timely information.
These calls have been extremely helpful for many people. Read what David said about last week's call: "Just listened to your Zoom Call and very much appreciate all the work that you are doing. Our church Trinity Bible Church is in Santa Clara County and are praying that our government leaders will decide that we can open our church." We hope this call will grant your church clarity, hope, and guidance for the road ahead.
Running the race,
Brad Dacus with the
Pacific Justice Institute Team
