Female Athletes and Plaintiffs Testified Against the NCAA on Save Women's Sports Issue!

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in December with the first court hearing that was held Tuesday challenging the NCAA’s failure to prevent men from competing on college women’s sports teams. Several female athletes testified in Lubbock County District Court this week with Jonathan Saenz in attendance.

“Texas stands strong to protect female athletes from the deceptive, dishonest, and cowardly action of the NCAA.
They say they care about women, but their actions look like all they care about is money.”
- Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values.

"First and foremost I tell everyone that Texas Values was absolutely instrumental…after I had been fired from the hospital…Texas Values really set me up for success!

Our mission is to safeguard the innocence of children by affirming biological truth so that every child can fulfill their God-given potential.

No one should have to choose between their conscience and their careers.

Not everyone is in a position to risk their career, to risk termination, to risk retaliation…but, I have no regrets. We are called to be obedient and God is going to vindicate us…God rewards those who are obedient." ~ Vanessa Sivadge
