Friend, 

I have joined the lawsuit to sue Nancy Pelosi for her obvious unconstitutional power grab involving proxy voting. There has never been a proxy vote since the U.S. Congress was founded in 1789, and there’s a reason for that. 

A proxy vote will allow members of Congress to delegate their vote to another member who is present in the Capitol to vote on their behalf. A representative is allowed to cast proxy votes on behalf of up to 10 colleagues. Nancy Pelosi clearly has no regard for the Constitution, and this is embarrassing to our country. I joined this lawsuit because I have seen hardworking Americans show up to work and carry out their responsibilities every day throughout this pandemic, and I don’t believe that Congress should be any different. If they can show up for us, we can show up for them. I was elected to do a job and serve my community, and I will not pass on that responsibility to anyone else.
