Plus: Major Court DecisionHi John,

I've just published a new blog post:

The Newsom Million [link removed]

As of this week, Republicans have now gained 1 million registered voters in California since Newsom became Governor. The latest update shows the Republican Party increased its share of California voters for the

**sixth**straight time, gaining 125,000 more voters on Democrats.

Newsom has made his own party toxic, while our movement for common sense has made many Californians open to an alternative. And this has become a national trend: a new CNN poll [link removed] shows the Democrat Party’s approval rating just hit a record low.

Newsom seems to be doing everything he can to get that number even lower. For one, he is literally bankrupting Med-Cal by giving it to every illegal immigrant. Out of funds, he just asked for a $3.4 billion "emergency loan [link removed]"

**and** requested billions more [link removed] from the Legislature.

He also has been caught lying about his position on women's sports, putting our federal funding at risk. I’ve written a letter [link removed] with Chair Tim Walberg demanding an end to this "continued defiance of federal law in allowing biological males to compete in female athletics."

And while gas prices have hit a 4-year low nationwide, California is a notable exception. Thanks to Newsom's insane energy policies, Californians pay far more than any state, even Hawaii, and $1.60 above the national average. Meanwhile, we rate 47th in the nation in road quality.

But some good news: New York's highest court has ruled [link removed] that only citizens can vote. I'm now calling for a challenge to San Francisco's own non-citizen voting law. This will pair well with the upcoming initiative to establish voter ID in California elections.

Also this week: I went on [link removed] CNN, and I asked Attorney General Bondi to bypass Newsom [link removed] and give law enforcement grants directly to California cities and counties that are not sanctuary jurisdictions. The best way to Newsom-Proof California is simply making him irrelevant.
