Corralling a bill that says abortion isn’t healthcare to get around their state constitution enshrining healthcare as a right. Attorney General Ken “Fuckface” Paxton had three people arrested after a month-long investigation, accusing them of performing illegal abortions and practicing medicine without a license. Hear us out: rather than focus on the folks being targeted that were serving immigrant communities, let’s all just scream out loud that if Texas didn’t enforce a draconian, torturous abortion ban, this wouldn’t be happening! People are dying, Ken, and it is YOUR fault! Also, Ken—go fuck yourself.
