Lately, some media outlets would have us believe that the resistance is dead or in disarray. We’re here to tell you that the fighting spirit is very much alive across the Swing Left community. 

So far, an incredible number of you have jumped in to do your part ahead of the April 1st [Wisconsin Supreme Court election]([link removed]), making 221,000 calls and knocking on 5,500 doors. We need to keep that energy up in these final days!

Early voting has begun in Wisconsin, and we have the opportunity to send a strong message that the people – not the world’s richest man – decide elections. [Help us finish strong by signing up to make calls, donate, and spread the word about this critical election.]([link removed])

This election is the first opportunity to put a real check on Trump (and Musk) in this new administration. Wisconsin is the quintessential toss-up state, so this race also has big potential national implications, including for the House in 2026 and the presidential race in 2028. It also means this race is winnable, as we saw in the 2023 Supreme Court election.

Admittedly, this time will be harder: The other side understands how important this race is and is better funded and determined to win. Trump and Musk are playing the long game – they want to use the courts to stay in power and enrich themselves. They think this election is for sale, but we have the chance to prove that their millions can’t beat the power of the grassroots.
