Clinton-era law 'weaponized' by Biden against pro-lifers must go, Pence group urges House GOP
The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act was signed into law by then-President Bill Clinton in May 1994. Our constitutional system of law and order gives the States broad leeway to legislate criminal statutes. The FACE Act undermines that power by turning what should be a State-by-State decision into federal law. Moreover, the Biden administration weaponized the FACE Act to go after pro-lifers. Trump was right to pardon the pro-lifers who were thrown in prison because of this law. Now it’s time to take the next step. We hope you will partner with AAF to repeal the FACE Act.

AAF Stands with YAF at the University of Buffalo
Advancing American Freedom led a coalition of 22 other amici defending the University of Buffalo chapter of Young Americans for Freedom from an activist Student Association that sought to punish YAF for hosting conservative views. AAF argued that the Student Association's efforts to force groups to disassociate from national organizations, in this case Young America's Foundation, violated the First Amendment freedoms of speech and association. This case is a continuation of a years-long pattern of harassment of conservatives on campus.

AAF Stands Against the CHIPS Act
The CHIPS Act has proven to be nothing more than a handout to corporate giants like Intel. These big-tech companies saw immediate failure with this Act as Intel announced it was cutting 15,000 jobs last year – 5,000 more than the number of jobs they claimed they would create with CHIPS Act funding. AAF has been opposed to the CHIPS Act because we knew this would be the result. This Democratic-led effort, championed by Chuck Schumer and signed into law by Joe Biden, has been an utter failure. President Trump was right to join us in calling for a repeal of the CHIPS Act.
