Dear John
This week, we witnessed a blistering attack from Anthony
Albanese on Peter Dutton, with the Prime Minister claiming
that the Liberals haven’t released a single policy this term to reduce
the cost of living.
But here’s the kicker: Albo is now parroting One Nation’s
message.
For months, we’ve been calling out the political elite for ignoring
the day-to-day struggles of everyday Australians. Albo is right about
one thing: the Liberals are not in the cost-of-living space. But what
he forgot to mention is that Labor isn’t doing anything about
it either—aside from making everything worse.
As Brendan Turton, our strong voice for Grey in
South Australia, pointed out this week in the Yorke Peninsula
Country Times:
“In the 2023-24 Budget, Labor announced an additional $3.5 billion
for Medicare to lift bulk-billing rates — but they instead dropped
from 51.7% to 47.7%, according to the 2025 Report on Government
Services.”

Labor promised to make it easier to see a doctor. They
spent billions, and bulk-billing got worse.
Labor promised cheaper energy. Your power bills are
climbing with news we will get another 9% slug in June.
Labor promised help at the checkout. Your grocery bills are
through the roof.
Meanwhile, Peter Dutton and the Liberals are offering
absolutely nothing — no new ideas, no urgency, no plan.
They're hoping Australians don’t notice they’ve left the heavy lifting
to others.
But One Nation sees through the noise, and so do
you.
We’re the only party with the courage to put real policies
on the table — to cut immigration to ease housing and rent
pressures, restore energy security by keeping reliable coal-fired
power, and put Australian families first by making
food, fuel, healthcare and housing accessible again.
So the next time you hear Albo accuse Dutton of doing nothing —
remember, he’s accidentally admitting One Nation has been
right all along.
