*March 20, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – 20004-170-EM-25 (Record No. 17767)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Public Service Commission of Wyoming’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Company (MDU or the Company) for authority to increase the electric Power Supply Cost Adjustment Rate 50 (PSCA) by $0.01292 per kWh for primary service customers and by $0.01378 per kWh for secondary service customers, for the period May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.
