Trump’s Gold Card Plan Has Benefits But Legal and Practical Obstacles - President Donald Trump is promising to sell green cards to one million or more immigrants who pay the federal government a fee of $5 million. Selling legal residence would be an improvement over the overly bureaucratic and restrictive legal system. Congress should create an additional visa category that would allow foreigners to work and live legally in the United States after paying a tariff. A green card sale could help reduce the deficit. But if the initial sale fails to sell one million, the Department of Homeland Security should be authorized to lower the $5 million price and conduct additional sales at six-month intervals until applications reach a pace projected to hit one million over 10 years.
 
2025 TX Equal Parenting Bill Awaits Sen. Bryan Hughes Setting a Hearing - Texas GOP Legislators must stand with voters and pass the 2025 EQUAL PARENTING BILL SB849, which is a GOP Platform Plank. With Equal Parenting Laws, kids in Texas would start off in court custody cases with a check box of equal time and possession. This helps the kids by preserving their right to a loving relationship with both parents as well as cutting down unnecessary court fighting over custody when both parents are fit, willing, & able. A judge would still have the ability to deviate from the equal parenting starting point based on just cause to justify deviation.

Stand with Tesla - Legalize Texas Sales and Buy One to Support Elon Musk! - Tesla cannot directly sell cars within the state due to outdated Texas franchise laws. These laws prohibit automakers from selling cars directly to consumers. Instead, Texans must purchase Tesla vehicles online, with the transaction processed as an out-of-state sale—often finalized outside TX, such as in California. The Texas Legislature should legalize Tesla sales in Texas, and Texas residents should BUY A TESLA to support this TEXAS Company and support Elon Musk!

Congressman Moran Backs Efforts to Prosecute COVID-Era Fraud, Recover Billions in Stolen Taxpayer Funds - Incredibly, to date, less than four percent of these stolen funds have been recovered. And if we do nothing before March 27th, the statute of limitations to bring these criminal cases against these fraudsters will come to an end and the rest of these taxpayer funds will be lost forever. We cannot allow this to happen, and we must make best efforts to recover these stolen funds.
