Remember when Trump promised to lower prices on Day 1? When he campaigned on lowering the cost of living for Americans?
He hasn’t delivered.
Prices are increasing, eggs are far too expensive, and rent has become less affordable. And now, his volatility in the White House has caused the stock market to tumble, and Americans’ 401(k)s are paying the price. It doesn’t matter that folks fear for their future – or current – retirement funds. Or that more and more Americans are worried about a recession.
These aren’t just numbers Trump is playing with – they’re people’s lives and livelihoods. After promising lower prices and more affordability, Trump is in fact causing the exact opposite, and actively threatening to make it all worse with more reckless tariffs and unnecessary trade wars.
I will never stop fighting to make life more affordable and better for all Americans, not just the wealthy. Will you support this work by pitching in to my re-election campaign so we can flip the Senate blue and protect American families from Trump?
