I predicted this all a few weeks ago – that President Trump was rightly going to go after these extreme-left academic institutions like Columbia University, who have REFUSED to protect their students from pro-Hamas and anti-Semitic protests and violence. 
 
Now, it’s come to pass. 
 
The Trump administration has cut off $400 million in federal funding to Columbia. 
 
And, as I also predicted, we're going to see the Trump administration go after anti-Semitic protestors who are foreigners. If you missed the news, Pro-Hamas Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil – who led the chaotic protests at Columbia – has been arrested as they seek to deport him. 
 
The left is up in arms. They’re demanding his release. 
 
Here’s what I had to say recently when asked about revoking and deporting people on student visas:

“It is absolutely legal. If you hate America, if you are an anti-Semitic bigot, don’t come to America. We’re not going to bring in people who hate America; we’re not going to bring in people who terrorize their fellow students, who attack Jewish students, who threaten Jewish students, who burn American flags. We have no obligation to let people in who hate this country.”

It is important to remember that student visas and green cards are privileges, not entitlements. Foreign students benefiting from taxpayer-funded education here in America must uphold our values – if they engage in or promote violence, we have every right to remove them from our country. 
 
Frankly, it is absolutely outrageous that we now have Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee coming out in support of Mahmoud Khalil... 
 
If you are a Jewish Democrat, how could you be happy that these elected lawmakers are ALL IN in support of pro-Hamas protestors?! 
 
Enough is enough. It's time to take a stand for the rule of law and end the anti-American rhetoric on our college campuses and threats against Jewish students.
