Hi there,

I went on Fox News to continue my work in standing up for Medicaid and calling for oversight on Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts.

Some might say that Democrats shouldn’t go on Fox because it’s a conservative-leaning network. I disagree with that. As one of the few Democratic Representatives in the country from a district that President Trump also won, I know that we need to spread our message even in places that we aren’t traditionally comfortable.

While I’m all for combating waste, fraud and abuse, we need to come together to protect services that Democrats, Republicans, and Independents rely on–like Medicaid. This should not be a partisan issue.
