Dear John,

The need to explore the connection between yoga, culture, brain health, and overall well-being has never been greater. This is particularly crucial when addressing health disparities within specific communities.

The Black community faces a disproportionately high prevalence of Alzheimer's in the US. This population is also less likely to seek early diagnosis and treatment and often relies heavily on family members for caregiving – a significant strain on the family's economic stability and wellness.

To address this critical issue, ARPF is proud to present a special webinar: "Weaving a Cultural Perspective of the 4 Pillars Through the Practice of Yoga," on April 3, 2025. Join authors Marilyn Peppers-Citizen, E-RYT500, C-IAYT and Charlene Muhammad, E-RYT500, C-IAYT as they share the value of embracing a yoga practice and delve into traditional spiritual practices within the Black community.
