a dark, painful milestone.

We’re holding a briefing with Dr. Dahlia Scheindlin and Ilan Goldenberg to
discuss the impact on Israelis, Palestinians, the United States and our
own community.

As we said earlier this week, Netanyahu’s decision flies in the face of
pleas from freed Israeli hostages, families of those still held in Gaza
and top Israeli security experts.

Endless war puts every remaining hostage at risk while thrusting families
in Gaza back into the crossfire of a brutal, unforgiving war – a war that
security experts warn is doing very little to defeat the forces of terror
or make Israel safer.

The fastest way to free hostages and disempower Hamas is through the
January framework which has freed hostages and made clear that Hamas must
relinquish control of the Strip.

power dynamics that are driving the decision-making in Israel and here in
